The challenge

Dive and tour shops in Belize needed bookings, waivers, boat lists and payments in one system, and a way to take cards online through a local bank.

What we built

• Online booking that shows seats left on every trip, takes a deposit by card and releases unpaid seats automatically.
• Card payments through a local Belizean bank, with deposits, pay-in-full and balance-due links sent before the trip.
• Packages, multi-day courses, group bookings, promo codes and gift cards.
• Digital waivers and medical forms signed on the guest's phone, with guardian details for minors and scanning of paper waivers.
• Boat manifests with certification levels and gear sizes, QR self check-in, and passport and certification card scanning.
• A point-of-sale till for dives, rentals and retail, plus invoices, quotes and payment by link.
• Automatic confirmations, reminders and follow-ups, review requests after each trip, and email campaigns to past guests.
• Staff scheduling and permissions, gear and boat maintenance tracking, daily takings reports, and a built-in website builder for each shop.
