The challenge

The artist's old WordPress site sent visitors off to a separate booking tool. Workshops, live shows and private sessions needed one clear place to book, in English and German, without losing the site's Google rankings.

What we built

• A step-by-step booking request: visitors choose the experience, date, place and group size, and the request lands in the artist's inbox.
• A private admin area to see every booking and contact request, mark its status and reply by email.
• Upcoming events the artist adds in seconds, shown automatically on the site.
• A photo gallery with a full-screen viewer, featured films, and a dedicated Harp & Art concert page.
• Visual page editing with live preview, a media library, and one-click translation between English and German.
• Newsletter sign-up, testimonials, a WhatsApp button and directions on Google Maps.
• Every address from the old site redirects to its new page, so existing Google rankings carried over.

Where it is now

Booking requests now come straight through the site in both languages, and the artist updates pages, events and photos without calling a developer.
