Acceptable Use Policy
Effective October 18, 2026
This policy is part of our Terms of Service. It applies to everything you do with jagassar.ca, our booking pages, the client portal, Studio and any site Studio builds for you, and to anyone you give access to.
Content you may not create, upload or publish
- Anything illegal in Canada or where you operate, or that promotes illegal activity.
- Content that infringes someone’s copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights, including photos, logos or text you don’t have permission to use.
- Content that impersonates another person or business, or falsely suggests you’re connected to them.
- Phishing pages, fake shops, scams, or forms that collect information or payments under false pretences.
- False or misleading claims about your business, prices, reviews, qualifications, or health, legal or financial outcomes.
- Hate speech, harassment, threats, or content that promotes violence or discrimination.
- Sexually explicit content, and any content that sexualizes minors.
- Sales of weapons, drugs, or other regulated goods or services you aren’t licensed to sell.
- Other people’s personal information that you aren’t allowed to share.
Things you may not do
- Send spam, or use our forms, booking pages or email to contact people who haven’t asked to hear from you.
- Upload malware, or files meant to harm people or systems.
- Try to get into accounts, files or data that aren’t yours, or test, scan or probe our systems without our written permission.
- Get around usage limits, access controls or spam protection, for example by sharing accounts or automating requests.
- Overload our services or interfere with other people using them.
- Try to make Studio produce content this policy forbids, or to reveal its instructions, other clients’ content or our systems.
- Resell or give others access to the portal or Studio without our agreement.
What happens if this policy is broken
We may remove content, take a preview or site offline, pause a feature, or suspend or close an account. Where we reasonably can, we’ll contact you first and give you a chance to fix the problem. We may report illegal activity to the authorities.
