- Shopify or a custom store?
- Shopify suits most stores. A custom build makes sense when you need things Shopify doesn't do well, like paying many sellers or taking cards directly through your bank. We'll tell you which fits on the first call.
- Can you connect my store to other sales channels?
- Yes. Keeping stock and orders in sync across every place you sell is a core part of what we build.
- Can you work with payment providers other than Stripe?
- Yes. We can take card payments directly through your bank. Seascape does this with a local Belizean bank, and Secure Processing is launching the same for other businesses in Belize.
- How much does it cost?
- It depends on what you need. After a free 30-minute call we send a written proposal with scope, timeline and price, so you know the cost before any work starts.
- Do you only work with Winnipeg businesses?
- No. We're based in Winnipeg and take on projects from across Manitoba, including Brandon, Steinbach and Winkler, and further afield: Balancing Bru is in Zürich and Seascape serves shops in Belize.
